Creating Pricing Routines

How do i create i new pricing routine in the VOFM transaction? I also need to write some code in the routine to determine some alternate condition values. Where can i write this code?

Please can you give me a step by step explanation about how i can add a new routine (and write code in it) to the Condition Base Value table in the Formulas section of VOFM.
