Corrupt entries in change log table. Can they be restored (SAPMSVMA)

While extracting change log for T000 table by using the program 'RSVTPROT'. Some of the entries were corrupted, they are visible in some symbol in the output. Is there any way we can restore those entries into original format.scn.png
