Copying adobe form to Newly created form

Somebody explain me the process of copying existing Adobe Form to newly created Blank Form. FORM and INTERFACE to be copied fully.

You can use the Utilities -> Download/Upload option for your form layout and Interface

Or may do using below Copy icon

Seriously? I had to do this for the first time today. It wasn't exactly difficult to figure out.
