COPA derivation is not working when we post document through BRS

Hi SAP Guru's,
The requirement is to update the Marketing activity code field in COPA, when post the accounting document from BRS.

we have already implemented the logic in T code KEDR Enhancement(tried with COPA0001, COPA0002 & COPA0005 ). This enhancement is working when we post directly, but not working while posting Accruals from BRS side.

Currently we are updating the Marketing activity code in BRS enhancement itself using the FM "COPA_PROFITABILITY_SEGMENT". This is causing the performance issue now. (Accrual document having the 30k line items)

Kindly please advice.
