Configure RFC Destination using SM59

Dear Experts,

I have a wsdl that I want to consume using ABAP, i already have the url to consume

http://soap.amazon.com/schemas3/AmazonWebServices.wsdl

but I'm having difficulties configuring RFC ? could you please show me step by step configuring RFC so that I can have a successful connection test?

I also created a simple WSDLin my local virtual directory but I don't know how to connect this using RFC.

Help me please.
