Change status inbound IDOC on arrival

Hi All,

I've been asked to change the status of a HR related inbound IDOC when it arrives to stop it from being processed in case the payroll is running.

The process was already created and in normal operation everything works correctly. I now needed to add this extra layer.

Do any of you know of a way to do this.

Hi,

For the HR Inbound Idoc the Process code or Function Module atatched contains the User Exits & Badi.

Befiore process the Indound Posting write code in the FM exit check whether the payroll is running.
