CATS_APPR_LITE - Internal Error Occurred

Hi Experts,

I getting the below error when approving records.

I tried to implement the note 1315885 but cannot be implemented.

I believe this note cannot be implemented because my system already has this correction because the version of my system is 617. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

Message no. LR030

Diagnosis

The system has detected an internal program error which should not have occurred in a normal program run.

You are right. In bottom of note 1315885 page you can see it concerns Software Components SAP_APPL from 600 to 604. It's a note created in 2009. So it's obsolete for your system using version 617.

You should use advanced search tool : https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/mynotes?tab=Search

And, for example, you can filter filling fields Software component = "SAP_APPL" and version = "617" (and your search terms like "CATS").
