can rfbibloo program be used

Hi,

The issue is, GL's are already existing in database...n i need to insert opening balance say rs. xyz for specific GL.Is that possible.using RFBIBLOO program..

Can any one help me by sending step by step procedure for it..Coz i have never workd with RFBIBLOO program.
