Hi all,

First of all I would like to say onething I have searched this forum before posting this question.

What is meant by Business Workplace ?

What is the use please explain with examples..

Business work place is SAP Mail box.

Each user can access their Business workplace using tcode SBWP.

You can send messages to some other users.

You can see some messages for You - Update failed, your action needed for processing(In case of workflow).

and many more............

I guess you are looking for SAP business work Place.

T Code - SBWP.

This is tool that can be used to send emails to any one within the sytem or any remote user.

You could send email to SAP INBOX and can also be done to any Like GMAIL, YAHOO etc.

For this you will have to create a distribution list, this distribution list should contain the email IDs and use this list in the batch JOBS.

This is mainily used to send reports for the batch Jons.

Hi,

When a workflow is executed then a corresponding mail or Workitem should reach to a particular agent. And as in production server we have different logon users so these Emails or Workitem created would be sent to the INBOX called Workplace and as SAP is Business oriented so BUSINESS WORKPLACE and tcode is SBWP.
