BDC for pa40 IT0008 data not populated by all users

Hi team,

I have a bdc for PA40, which updating information of a pernr in case of org change.

The data is coming from a file uploaded in sap.

The user when trying to execute the bdc, he is not able to upload action reason and annual salary value in IT0008, however if I'm trying to run same bdc with same data,values are getting populated. Have already checked of user has access for modifying IT0008 from pa30, and he has the edit access.

What could be the possible reason??

Need it on urgent basis

Is there any error in the BDC? You should add a log screen which is shown message from BDC.
