Hi experts,

I work for a client where we use VMS. In it,there is a tcode velo. In velo, after we search for a material a screen gets displayed. There is a dropdown on the screen where it shows all the screens that a user can access like purchasing document screen, sales document etc.. The dropdown corresponds to the input field "VIEW" on the screen. In that dropdown one of our users is not getting the screen number 5000 whereas for otehr users it is showing. The 5000 screen corresponds to configuration screen. Can someone let me the authorization object where we maintain the screen numbers that a particular user can access in the tcode "VELO".

Hi,

Please ask the user, who could not view the screen 5000, to run the transaction VELO.

After complete execution of VELO, ask the user to run the transaction SU53, which gives you the authorizaiton checks status.
