Archiving STO, where GI documents were already archived

Hi Experts,

I have a stock transport purchase order, where Goods Issue document has been already archived, but GR is yet to be raised.

I want to delete and archive the PO. For this, I need to set the Issued Quantity in the EKET Table as zero.

Note: I saw one OSS note, where it gives program to archive STO, where deliveries were already archived. It deletes the delivery document in EKET and EKBE tables

Similarily, I want to delete the GI document in EKET and EKBE tables..

Please suggest.

Hi Sharavan,

Please correct if i am wrong, I could understand with the description is that you want to delete GI for the tables EKET and EKBE.

Comments: GI is a delivery document and archiving delivery document (RV_LIKP) doesn't consider table entries for EKET and EKBE tables.

For deleting this you have to run the same program that you have found in online support service.
