ALE Services for object: Connect application log howto

Hi all,

we are processing inbound DESADV/DELVRY03 Idocs through SAP standard function module IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1.

In userexit customer-function '004' we create an application log using SBAL. Because I don't see a way to connect the application log to a status record, I'd like to link it to the IDoc's Services for object.

How can I do this?

I never did it because there was no urgent request. If the request comes again, I'll be back - probably with a solution.
