A_Supplier - Cannot insert a new Entity, Error: Operation not supported

Hi all

I am trying to insert a new entity A_Supplier to an existing BusinessPartner but when i make de Insert Request i get the following error message from the backend:

<code>CI_DRAFTBP_MESSAGE/032</code>
<message xml:lang="en">Operation is not supported</message>

So far I am able to make insert request for a new A_BusinessPartners and A_BusinessPartnerRoles, A_Addresses etc. but not for A_Supplier. I can also update existing Business Partners or Addresses etc.

Is there something that i have to activate in the SAP 4/HANA System?

hi Osman,

As BusinessPartner is leading object in S4HANA, You can cerate Suppliers only using BusinessPartner entity having supplier as an association.
