SRM 5.0 Contract Workflow Approvers not appearing

Good day,

Hope i find you all well, i have a peculiar problem, i have a contract that i have assigned agents to via a custom function module. the thing is that the approvers appears correctly in SWIA however when the requester tries to identify the approvers in the SRM front end screen nothing is available. I have a filling there is a structure i am not filling or an object i am not generating, but i do not know which is which, please assist.

Hello,

Does the workitem appear in the user's inbox in SWI5?

Can they see any workitems via the frontend?

Hi Rick sorry for the late reply,

SWI5 was showing fine and  the workitem was actually in the approvers in box but something was wrong with the workflow. Never the less to solve it  copied the faulty workflow then deactivated the faulty one and activated the new one and it worked like a charm.
