ESS WDJ configure in NW7.3

Hi,

We are implementing ESS/MSS in NW 7.3. We have installed the BPs.

I can't find related configuration documents. The BP seems work without creating the JCO destinations

○ SAP_R3_HumanResources

○ SAP_R3_HumanResources_MetaData

○ SAP_R3_SelfServiceGenerics

○ SAP_R3_SelfServiceGenerics_MetaData

How does this work? The ess is not displaying in right language, this used to be configured in JCO destination, and now I don't know where to adjust it.
