i want to record a reason for loan cancellation , how can i achieve this ,any suggestion plz.

I'm guessing you are referring to IT0045. If the standard screen does not cater for your requirement. You could either create a new field and enhance the standard screen. Or use the text functionality (F9) to record the reason for loan cancellation.
