db2 backup error

Hello all,

we are using DB2 on suse Linux, we have newly setup tape drive for backup.

we have installed and mounted the device at o/s level, when we try to take backup using the command "db2 backup db <SID> to /dev/st0",

we are getting the following error " SQL0104N An unexpected token "/dev/st0" was found following "<identifier>".

Expected tokens may include: "USER". SQLSTATE=42601"

need some inputs on this
