How to remove/hide the inactive house bank accounts in the dropdown list?

Dear All,

There are some house bank accounts which have already inactive for transactions and I would like to hide/lock the accounts but to no avail. I have inactivated the G/L account and that account also had a zero balance. I would like to hide the inactive house bank account number from appearing in the dropdown list in Payment Means. Is there any possible ways to hide those number from the list as it's a bit confusing to our users.
