Printing SAP document from another domain

Hello,

I have some users who try to print SAP document (draws).

The problem is that the real draws are located in one domain but the SAP user is defined as another domain user.

Hpow can I get over this problem ? Any ideas ?

Hi

im not an expert on sap doc management but are you sure that the real user that is accessing the documents is not sapserviceSID ?

What's the error that they receive?
