JDI connectivity

We have problems while syncing the DCs using JDI.We guess it has something to do with the connection. Can someone give us the information about the recommended bandwidth to access the JDI server from a remote location using a VPN connection?

elaborate little bit, where exactly you are getting problem, what error ur getting, in which step.

there is no band width as synchronising the DC's to local folder if so right click on the folder which consists of DC's and say synch.

Any how your question is brief, if you can elaborate we can help you

I think, Sidharth Deshpande suggestion can also be tested.

Like giving fully qualified domain name..checking SP levles

and also, dod you try by increasing band width.

As you know, we prefer to synch during off-peak hours, as it is global 24/7 is a peak hour.Check your application off hours.

Hope, the issue resolved with OSS, you can also check SAPNotes for clues, some times we may need to apply a interim patch.
