Status of production order for components goods issue completed

Dear.

I know that status DLV means that goods receipts of production order is completed.

But does exist a similar status for the components , in order to know that goods issue for the
components is completed ?

Hi you can check in,

CO03 ---> Lists -----> Documented goods movement

Movement type (261) will show the goods issue for the header material.

or

Go to MB51 (Material document List) & only give your Production Order No. & execute it to see 261 movement for the sub-components & the GI quantity.

I need a system status in order to filter the production orders in COOIS.

There is no such status for components.

System will set GMPS even if you partially issue one component but there is no status if you issue all the components fully.

There is no such status to differentiate such orders. You can select components in COOIS and then check for required qty and withsrawn qty.

Hi,

You go to Order change mode , go to components/materials tab .In that screen u will get columns like material quantity proposed & quantity withdrawn.

Before confirmation, 'Withdrawn' column will show 'Zero' quantities for all components.

Whenever you do complete 'Confirmation' ,'Withdrawn ' column will get updated accordingly.
