Mapping Scenario

Dear Gurus,

I need a help on one scenario regarding:

We use to have X1-P13g material code we  are currently activated deletion flag for this material. In this we will pack the 10g of the quantity and 3 grams of quantity as extra. which should be hit to different GL for 3 grams.

due to this we made:

Now we created X1-P10g and X1-P3g where P10 and P3 grams will be included in one sales order so that these 3grams will be extra and need to hit with different GL.

from production point of view we have to create 2 different orders and then need to confirm.

How to map this scenario.

Hi

Please sit with SD and check for FOC concept for 3 Gms material.

You can alos use seperate GL account in production order settlement header rule as well. This you can achieve by chnaging the GL acount manually which is not suggestable or you can just create new production order with required settlement rule. Please check with Fi on this.

Hi,

You can do it in two ways,

One like that extra 3 gms , can be mapped under 'FOC' - Free of cost goods - check with SD & FI team.

Next is, in material master itself u can define scrap 3% , means consequent planning will consider 3% extra.(Discuss with FI team to capture scrap in diff.GL.)
