Hi Girish,
Regarding the block corruption, please proceed with the following
checks;
- Perform a complete consistency check of the database as per sap note
23345 because maybe there are more blocks corrupted, not just the one
reported by the ORA-01578:
Note: 23345 - Consistency check of ORACLE database
- Please also refer to the following note to fix the block corruption:
Note: 365481 - Block corruptions
The following notes may also be of help to you:
Note: 605062 - FAQ: Restore and recovery
Note: 4161 - Complete Recovery
Thank You.

Hi Girish,
Refer SAP Note 365481 - Block corruptions
1. Identify the object that belongs to this corrupt block
Following the steps described in this section will help you identify the object which falls under the corrupted data block.
Based on the object further course of action can be decided.
Hope this helps.

Hi Lekshmi,
Things to check,
1. Check at os level , any tp process is running or not.
2. Check the /usr/sap/trans/tmp directory whether it is getting updated or not.
Also check the below link
