BW 7.3.1.4 BI Administration Cockpit ISSUE while integrating with Portal

Hi Gurus.

We recently activated Technical Content in our SAP BW 7.3. Process chains are running correctly and data is being collected. Additionally, we followed the steps to enable this content in Portal, in this case we activated BP BI ADMINISTRATION 3.0 (The latest available), assigned the role, setup the URLs.

When we try to look at the technical content in portal, none of the Iviews show results.

Can you please help me finding the solution for this?

Please check the portal settings in RSPOR_SETUP program..

Hi Suman.

We checked RSPOR_SETUP but still don't know what to check. We are able to login into portal, BI ADMIN is found as an available TAB, together with all the options and reports, but web templates are not loaded inside the Iviews. Are there different versions of web templates depending on the versión of “BI Administration” Business Package? We installed version 3.0.

Please remove proxy server settings, if any. I feel your browser is not able to detect the URLs. Please get in touch with your network admin or BASIS.

I have solved the issue. The problem was that port 8000 was not correctly setup, related to the ABAP stack. BASIS team did this and it worked.

do u know if the underlying cubes or dso have data?,do u know the queries and check them if they are bringing in the data?

Yes, cubes have data. Apparently Web Models techinal names are correct but the individual URLs are not working.
