Install Issues with CR 2011


Having an issue installing Crystal Reports 2011 on a Win7 Professional 64bit OS.

Receiving "Failed to update cache for execution. Program will exit." This is when it's on the Caching Deployment Units part. Specifically ",14.0.0760"

I have tried using both the install we downloaded when we purchased and a "trial" version off SAP's site since I read it's really a full version just dependent on the license key.

I've disabled the AV for the install attempts, multiple complete shutdowns and restarts, emptying the TEMP directory, verifying that there are no spaces in the install path. And I'm out of ideas.

Has anyone seen this or know how to resolve the issue?
