No production posting if standard cost estimate is released

Hello,

In our client there has been situations where production has been posted without a standard cost estimate being released. We are using Repetitive manufacturing for one part of production here. So we can create Product Cost Collector's without a standard cost estimate being released and can post production. This should not be allowed. Is there any way with which this can be stopped for process orders and PCC's?

Please check your REM profile if your "Backflush using standard cost estimate" has been selected.

In REM, the activity posting will be done on the REM profile settings whether it will be done on preliminary cost estimate or standard cost estimate.so before start declaring production you need to run MF30 or CK11n for the material.

Please check BAdi-RM_BFLUSH_GOODSMVT for your requirement.

I recomend you analize the scenario, ask yoursef  At what moment you want to validate:

+ At the Creation the Product Costo Colector?

+ At Good Receipt?

In your case, I guess i prefer  PP guys post GR is there is not standard cost released for the current period, for me its not the correct moment of valitation the Product Cost Colector, but remember this is just my point of view, it depends on your bussiness scenario.

I did exactly your requirement with SFC orders and Migo GR. I use badi MB_MIGO_BADI but im not sure MFBF triger this badi. Also you can try this BADI_ACC_DOCUMENT, i know this trigger in GM.

Recomendation>

+ Ask your abap to check  BADI, EXIT or enhazament pint in MFBF to validate your stuff

+ Info about Standard cost released can be found in table KEKO
