No production posting if standard cost estimate is released

Hello,

In our client there has been situations where production has been posted without a standard cost estimate being released. We are using Repetitive manufacturing for one part of production here. So we can create Product Cost Collector's without a standard cost estimate being released and can post production. This should not be allowed. Is there any way with which this can be stopped for process orders and PCC's?
