Tracking Equipment and fuel quantity from IFCU transaction

Hello,

I need to track down the equipment (vehicle), qtty consumed, time stamp (when IFCU is posted) and Plant where the gas has been pumped (vehicle of a particular plant can pump fuel from different plant also)

I maintained all the config because I am able to post IFCU and get the meas. docs and matl docs as well. I am posting the cost to a Cost center.

But as IFCU makes many updates, I am not able to track down the data I need at one place.

I have gone through discussions on IFCU but its not clear for me to solve my issue

Any helpful suggestion would be appreciated.
