    Hi Pramod,

This question has been answered several times in the forum. APO doesn't track tranges natively. You have to get an "Add-On".

See link:http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SCMCS/Supply+Chain+Management+-+Details+on+Service+Offerings and look for SAP APO Change Monitor to see the presentation.

    Best Regards,

    Mike

You can have the NOTES functionality implemented creatively as a work around.

Force a note whenever a change is made to any cell value when user saves the data. To write a note you right click a cell and write some text.

Ask your developer for a creative solution to automate this so that every time a planner manually changes a value notes are recorded with some basic info. e.g. you can have the note capture the user ID and date, each time it is changed. A macro can also be used. Another development may be needed to download all the cells that has notes but this may not be easy.

The link above captures the complete audit but comes at a price.
