Hi Experts,
For 2 employees ,in ESS a payslip is showing critical error and paycheck problem.
Same critical problem with Form16.

Can u check the smartform assigning is properly displayed with an abaper.
Smartform is ok,its only for 2 employee only.
in st22 you can check the dump and there you can debug the FM also as its effecting two employees only
With the technical consultant , test for these 2 employee.
might be the issue in smartform for node table 'HEADER' or row overflow.
Try to increase the window size in which PDF gets rendered, You can increase it from SPRO
Personal Management=>Employee SelfService=>General Settings=>Generic Reporting Tool (GRT)=>Set Form Height and width
From NWDS, download the rep project from ESS and check whats code is getting called in
FcRepFramework.callRfcExecModel at line 373
Also see if there is any dump in ST22.
Ask you functional consultant to check Payroll data and make sure data wise everything is correct for those two user.
can you check if there is a backend dump for this user or any data inconsistency?
