Time management - Leave limit based on age

Hi Expert,

I have an issue in negative time management. In one my client they have 120 days limit to carry forward their leaves for the next year now they want age based carry forword like less than 50 year old employee should have 120 days leaves carry forward for the next year and 50 plus year old employee will have a limit of 240 days leaves carry forward.

Less than 50 year old employee - 120 day limit

More than 50 year old employee - 240 days limit    

Please let me if we have write PCR for this or we can do the same @ configuration level.

If PCR need to written for the same, please help me as how to write the same for above mentioned points.

Hi,

I hope already existing PCR are there in your system to carry forward.

You have to add additional logic in the PCR HRS=YA         A=Stands for Age of the employee.

Check Documentation on HRS and select on Y it is give a clear idea.

We have an option in PCR to carry forward the quotas based on Age.
