IDM-GRC Integration error

We are testing the centralized provisioning scenario for IDM-GRC integration (IDM 7.2, GRC 10) and getting the following error while running the AC 10.0 Initial Load - commons job

The GRC web service in SOAMANAGER and SICF is active and current userToken authentication is enabled. On checking the SOAMANAGER logs found following errors

As it was pointing to the DELAY_D_<SID> User, granted full access to it and also ran a trace on the user and got the following information from the trace while executing the job in IDM

Need help in understanding if "Unsupported Media Type" is just a warning or error and also how to get past the issue at hand.
