SAP Solution Manager Install problem

Hi I'm new to SAP and I'm trying to install the Solution Manager 7.1 on a windows server. I've looked at the documentation, but am still not sure as to what needs to be downloaded from the SAP Marketplace. Does anyone have a solution to this issue?
