Service Contract - Pricing

Hi All,

We have a requirement on pricing and the scenario is as follows:

The combination for the price determination happens based on new fields which is neither part of the Field Catalog nor as part of the Service Contract transaction table.

Hence, we would need custom fields to be created - What are the process steps for the same ?

Also we have Service Contract created through interface, and one of the criteria for the pricing to get determined would be Validity Period of the contract (1/2/3 Years). For those service COntracts created through the interface will have - Free Of charge for the first one year.

Questions: How we can distinguish between service contracts created manually and those coming from the interface ? Also what could be the logic with which we can direct the system to consider the Validity period = n -1 year, so that the corresponding condition record could be fetched.

Hi,

Creation of custom fields is through AET or EEWB depending on the version., if only the BO is supported by AET.

2)Create a report that outputs the list of contracts created by SAPUSER and RFCUSER.
