SAP E-Recruiting entry of external applications

Hi experts,

We are in process of implementing e-recruiting module for our client and they want to have the ability (for recruiters) to entry an external application without assignning them to a requisition or application group. Is it possible? If yes, can recruiters send them an inivitation letter to apply for a job and allow the recruiter to modify the message sent? Is it also possible to create a letter template to pull a (application)url and feed it into the template dynamically?

Hi Me,

Yes that's possible with the recruiter service "enter manual external application".

" If yes, can recruiters send them an inivitation letter to apply for a job and allow the recruiter to modify the message sent?" ->  You mean to the candidates? Yes, there is an activity called "invite to apply" which sends an email to the candidate with the URL to the posting.

Correspondences in E-Recruiting can always be changed by the recruiter if you maintained the text in the text module.

Yes.

1. Go to Recruiter tab.

2. Click on "Create External Application" .

3. Enter external user details and click on save button.

For second query.

You can send Job invitation letter with URL for external user and you can change the text while sending.
