Hi Prassana,
Its an good idea to do MS, But being your Certified in MM with almost 3 years experience why do you feel at this stage by having this expertise to go for MS.... Let me know why your not getting any oppurtunity for carrier growth at this stage in SAP....?

Hi Prasanna,
I understand your requiremnent, If you feel after doing MS and based on that will land on SAP MM Job is absoultely wrong..
To get the MM job, I dont think MS will be helpful more than Certification....
Pls be patience and try to develop and concentrate on week area in your MM Subject. Infact there is a lot of businees scenario which you need to generate and practice in IDES after certification....
Since your certified and also having end user experience which is credit in your CV.. So try to concentrate on the subject... Once you will get the interview schedule will be easy for you to crack soon....
Regarding opeinings, You need to search in job portals and try to develop more reference in SAP point of circe at linkedin and many more...
All the Best !!!
Thanks
Nayeem
Hi Prasanna,
As discussed in Advice for Students Interested in a Career in SAP, if you do decide to get your MBA, internships are vital to landing an SAP job after you graduate. You are much more likely to land an internship while you are in an MBA program than you are if you are not in an MBA program, so from that perspective, going back to school to earn your MBA can significantly increase the likelihood that you end up with an SAP career.
Hope this helps!
Best regards,

Hi Prasanna,
Have a look at the University Alliances Overview page on SCN. There you'll find a link to a list of schools and even a google map.
The benefits of having an MBA kind of depends on your career path. Some organizations won't promote you to management positions unless you have an advanced degree. Getting an organized overview of not just SAP but business as a whole may give you a wider/deeper appreciation of business issues and may make you more effective in whatever career path you choose.
If, though, your plan is to be an SAP MM consultant, then as TW has indicated, time spent with the product is extermely valuable. In the end you have to evaluate the cost/benefit against your own personal goals.
The following blogs touch on this topic but I don't think any of them address it directly:
You may find more blogs which may be of assistance at SAP Career Blog Links.
Hope this helps!
Best regards,

Prasanna,
Why do you want to quit your current job (in SAP MM) and do an MS in ERP (not per se in SAP)?
In my opinion, if you want to grow in SAP MM then keep working in SAP MM.
