Regarding Standard PS Report for Project Types

Hello ,

I want to generate a standard PS Report for Dates and Costs ( Planned v/s Actual) based on the Project Type.

Is it possible using standard SAP functionality?

If no, then what can be the work around?

Hi Rohan,

Check standard PS report  'CN41 - Structure Overview'

Go to Dynamic selection and select Project type from ' Master Data WBS element '

Enter Project definition and execute the report.

Wanted to know if there are say 20 Projects for a given Project Type then is it possible to get the Report using Standard SAP for all the projects under that Project Type

Hi Rohan,

Yes, it is possible. Choose the project type(s) through dynamic selection and then for Project definition field, either give the projects in range or give any character from PD along with *.

Yes it is possible. Enter Project type under dynamic selection of standard reports. Project type is available in structure reports.

Yes, it is possible.

Enter 20 projects by entering in multiple selection for a given project type which are selected by choosing dynamic selection as explained above.
