Print and Archive Mode in output type of invoice while doing External send

Hi All,

While issuing the invoice output type in communication method I am maintaining the mode as Print and Archive and I am using the medium as External send.

My form is getting sent by mail but the form is not getting archived.

I am not sure what setting I am missing.
