Installation of Solution Manager SPS08

Hi,

I have installation media of sap solution manager 7.1 SR1 and SPS08.

When I am installing solman using SWPM, installation not prompt for SPS08 package. How I can install SPS08 in installation process.

System configuration:

OS- Windows 2008r2

DB- sybase
