ESS error message

Hi,

A user has more than 120 hours of leave quota and when applying for 30 hours of leave getting the error "Insufficient Balance for Absence Request (IT2001/xxxx), xxxx is the wage type for leave.

Does anyone can guide me what to check? When the ESS entry is stored waiting for approval.
