Hi Experts,
Can anyone please suggest how to check if employee is missed in payroll run.?
I have FM "PYXX_READ_PAYROLL_RESULT" to get the payroll results. Based on RT table values is there any
possibility to infer employee is missed in payroll or employee is not required to paid?

Please suggest.Points will be given for helpful answers.

Thanks
Prabaharan

Hi Prabaharan,

Go to the tcode PA03(Control Record) and give the payroll area and click on display and in the above u can three symbols in that first one is to see the incorrect personnel numbers for that payroll area, second one is for the list of personnel numbers for that payroll area, and the third is for the locked personnel numbers for that payroll area. By this you can check which employee has been missed in the payroll run.

To add to what Johathan told you, also check employees that are "blocked" in IT0003, and active employees with neither /560 or /561 in the current payroll's RT.

Hi Prabaharan,

There are several ways to check that. Going to the clusters RT or VERSION etc But how would you know the payroll had to handle this pernr?

The payroll runs following the payroll area defined in the infotype 0001 of the pernr. It should run the payroll for all active pernr in that payroll area.

You could go and check until what date this person has been handle by the payroll in his infotype 0003 in the field "accounted to".

Also you can retrieve the list of pernr from the PA03 transaction "GO TO ---> List personnel numbers".

Best regards,

Jonathan
