Suggested Price - Update Parent Item Prices Globally

The Suggested Price in the "Update Parent Item Prices Globally" function suggests as the price, the current price +/- the difference in the "Current Price and the "New Price". In cases where the current price is 0 because it hasn't been defined, the suggested price is very different than what is desired.

Wouldn't it be better if the Suggested Price were equal to the "New Price"? (see attached) Am I missing something?
