Supplier List clarification

Hello Folks

I have created a supplier list, but when I create a shopping cart, this supplier list not prompted automatically as a source of supply. But systems displays contracts and backend info records in source of supply (Supplier tab of the SC).

Here my questions as below,

1.       What all the necessary configuration to prompt source list as source of supply in supplier tab of the SC dynamically?

2.       How / Can we use backed info records as a source of  supply in SRM ?

Hi Santosh,

in case there is a contract or inforecord and a supplier list for a given item you will only see "Yes" in the "In Supplier List" column - there will be NO separate line in the list of possible sources of supply.

Hi Santhosh,

I assume you have created source list/ Vendor list in SRM system and looking for the same show up in SRM shopping cart?

He explained in details how the determination work and what sequence. If you have contract it will display that first always. For Info Record in backend you do not need any particular set up as such to be viewed in Source of supply at Shopping cart.

What is the SRM release for you?

In configuration

SPRO -> SAP Supplier Relationship Management ->

Sourcing -> Define Sourcing via Supplier List Only

Can be used.
