Funds Management Report FMRP_RFFMTO31X Issue

Dear Friends,

I am getting an issue in funds management report FMRP_RFFMTO31X Overall Budget -> Totals Records for a specific commitment item.

When a PO is created using one commitment item for a value of 100 USD, then the values in the above said report would be like below.

Total Budget     Invoiced     Open items     Available Budget

250 (Lets say)     0                100                  150                       USD

When the MIRO invoice is booked, then the open items will be reduced and invoiced value will be increased like below.

Total Budget     Invoiced     Open items     Available Budget

250 (Lets say)    100               0                    150                       USD

But in our case even after completing invoices for total value, system is still showing some value in open item column, which is not supposed to be shown in the questioned report.

The PO value 100 was booked via 3 MIRO invoices like 35 + 40 +25  USD respectively. But when i execute the report, system is showing 75 USD (first 2 invoices total) as open item value.

Note:

Budget type used is PAYMENT BUDGET and the settings in transaction OFUP for GR/IR update is MM Invoice Receipt

Please suggest the solution to fix the same.

Regards,

Srinu Borigi

Hi,

Please, check in FMIOI table for this PO if the commitment is duly closed there. If yes, then you might try running FMAVCREINIT transaction to correct AVC ledger. If, however, in FMIOI the data is incorrect try executing FMN4N transaction for this PO, first.

Regards,

Eli

Dear Eli,

Thanks for your answer.

The issue has been resolved by executing the transaction FMN4N.

FMAVCREINIT transaction is not applicable for us, since we have not activated any account assignment elements in BCS.
