URGENT: Generic Tax Withholding does not generate K records for 1099-MISC file

Hello,

We are testing our reporting files with the IRS, and the first file was rejected because there were no K records in the file.

We have applied the 2016 updates to our ERP 6.0 EHP7 system.

With the electronic files due by 1/31/2017 now, along with the forms to the vendors, this is a VERY urgent issue.

DMEE format tree did not have the proper configuration after our EHP7 upgrade. Plus, there was some sort of unreported error in the configuration that prevented me from changing the configuration and adding the DELAY reference to the K Record node.

The Format Tree had to be deleted in our DEV environment, and copied form our QA environment, and then the Tree could be edited to add the proper reference in the K Record node.

All is generating properly now.

Issue answered.
