Our Production client was migrated from 001 client (initially) and 002 (New). I want to stream line the system with respective production system and would like know how it is possible and what all the measurements should i take from Production Planning point of view.

Dear Madhu,

Below are the step-by-step approach for streamlining after the migration from PP point of view:

1.Check with Basis team for the User Profiles and Roles (same logins will be copied with relevant auth objects in New system)

2. Run MRP with NEUPL key for all required plants

3. Execute the Production cycle that you follow

4. Check Reservations if exists

5.Check the GI & GR doc with FICO

6.Check other movements/EDI/any third party integrations

These are the general things as it is a migration from one version to another(higher) version.

It is always advisable to release the logins module wise irrespective of project type

When you say migrated from client 001 to 002, what kind of migration was done?

If you're not sure, discuss with your basis people. If they have done a complete copy over of the production client & completed the post processing steps, then there would be very little if any to be done from your end.

If the PP solution landscape at your end has any interfaces check on those & also ensure the RFC's are pointing to the right values.

The rest of the things if you wish to test you can go ahead, if time permits.
