Services under ITS in sicf are failing

Hi,

Following is the error occurred when i test the service ws01000109 in sicf T-code in ECC 6. system

The URL call http://isbheccdev.exchange.isb.edu:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/ws01000109 was terminated because of an error.

Note

• The following error occurred in system DEV : Communication failure
• The error occurred on application server ISBHECCDEV_DEV_00 and in work process. 4
• The termination type was: IMC_CANCEL_TX
• The ABAP call stack was:
  Method: IF_HTTP_EXTENSION~HANDLE_REQUEST of program CL_HTTP_EXT_ITS===============CP
  Method: EXECUTE_REQUEST of program CL_HTTP_SERVER================CP
  Function: HTTP_DISPATCH_REQUEST of program SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME
