SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence: How to work on grouping

How could i do the sum by combining 3 criterias; if (Extract Date = Extract Date And Config Name=Config Name And Param Name= Param Name) Then sum(Value). If is not working and return error. May need the advise; many thanks.

My sample raw data as per below:

Extract Date	Config Name	Param Name	SBR #	Value
20130101	A	AK	1	10
20130101	B	AK	2	10
20130101	A	AK	3	10
20130205	A	AK	4	10
20130205	B	AK	5	10
20130205	B	AK	6	10

My Report  View/Result show look like this:
Extract Date	Config Name	Param Name	Sum of Value
20130101	A	AK	20
20130101	B	AK	10
20130205	A	AK	10
20130205	B	AK	20

Hi,

You can get the Required output (aggregated data) if you don't use the object SBR# in the Table.

Hi Angeline,

You can perfom the highlighted setting in the properties tab -Uncheck the AVOID DUPLICATE

ROW AGGREGATION.

It will lead to your desired result, as shown below

However, in my report's properties there is nothing. I wonder if it is access issue or any setting is required.
