Web Client Blank after install SP 10

Hi All.

I have an issue in SAP BPC NW 10, after install the SP 10 I got the web client empty, as is showed in the attached Screen.

Does somebody know how to fix this issue?

Hey,

I presume the login screen was coming fine for you before you applied SP10.

Please try to delete the cache and temp files from your system and restart the browser.

Also try to open BPC in private mode of the browser and see if it opens fine. Open IE -> Safety (next to tools) -> InPrivate Browsing.

I got the same issue in SP09 and removing the cache and temp files corrected this issue..

Thanks,

In IE, just select Internet Options and delete all the history with all the Items in there.

That resolve the issue.

Hi Miguel,

This is a new issue.

Please refer to the updated BPC NW 10.0 Central Note 1779357.

*CRITICAL*

    o  After the installation of SP10 (CPMBPC 801 SP03), an issue occurs
       with the web client logon, you cannot access web client with any
       BPC user, will get the message: "You are not authorized to use
       this environment". To fix this issue, install SAP Note 1854147.
       This is mandatory for SP10 (CPMBPC 801 SP03).
