BO4 - Error when try open 2nd report in same session

Hi,

User is reporting folloiwng error message

The error below appears each time I have a BO query already open, I open another BO query & as soon as I hit the ‘design’ button – bingo - the error message appears.

They are using XP 2002 service pack 3 IE 8 (i.e all suppored) java 1.7

User is a member of Administartor Group.

Any ideas what causes/how resolve?
